To get the right quality our customer needs, we start quality control before the mass production. Our engineering stuff will make full quality control plan for every products before mass production.
Our engineers perform process inspection to make sure all the process are well controlled. We check the toolings, dies and jigs. And also we inspect the semifinished products and the process record of the operator. We do more process inpection because we know process control is the key of the quality control.
All the products should be inpsected by our inspcetors and confirmed by our QC engineers before shipping. We perform our standard inspection and reports. And also we do inspection and make reports according to EN10204 and some other standard inspction that customer need.
Our target is that we could go beyond testing, inspecting and certifying products; we want to help customers improve performance, gain efficiencies in manufacturing and logistics, overcome market constraints, and reduce risk.
